All persons aged 3 years and under are not permitted in the cli mbing gym except during specific times.
All persons aged 15 years and unde r must be supervised by an adult when climbing outside of a registered prog ram.
Drop In Rates:
Adults $15.00
Youth (ages 4 – 15) $8.00

Parents d o not have to pay a drop-in fee if they are the supervising adult belaying a child. They do, however, have to pay if they are belaying another adult .

Enjoy the power of connecting th e mind, body and spirit with Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Improve your flexibility,core strength, balance, and stability though various postures and stretc hes. This is a dynamic style of yoga where the postures flow from one to th e next with emphasis on the breath. All ability levels are welcome. We reco mmend newcomers arrive 10-15 minutes early to speak with the instructor abo ut any concerns they have. Modifications are given for all postures and par ticipants are encouraged to work at their own level.

Note: There is a $ 2 rental fee for yoga mats.

Join in the lunch ride and breakup the day with an energizing 50 minutes of indoor cycling - an enjoyable , safe and thorough cardio workout. Using a variety of drills and trainingmethods, this ride will include work on strength, power and speed.


Bike reservation is available 24 hours prior to class by contacting the Sal ly Borden Fitness and Recreation Desk.

Following the core principles of t raining (and outdoor cycling), this structured spin class will build throu ghout the session and include work on cycling techniques, strength, powerand speed. Indoor cycling is one of the most enjoyable, safe and thoroug h cardio exercises out there. It is appropriate for all levels of fitness from beginners to athletes looking for cross-training to cyclists training in the off-season.

*Class participants are welcome to arrive as early a s 5:45 pm – open studio / non instructional spin time.

Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class combining fast and slow rhythms with cardio and muscle-toning benefits. Dance to merengue , salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, hip hop and more. Dancers and non-dancers al ike immediately and easily master a Zumba class. It's fun! Let loose, rockout, have a blast and burn calories. Zumba is "Exercise in Disguise".
